My story
I specialise in helping women over 40 who feel tired, invisible, lonely, lost, and worthless, to rediscover their positivity, purpose, and passion. I guide women to reconnect with who they truly are, so they can live each day with more confidence, happiness, and self-worth.
I teach you how to find the strength within to rise and become the woman you deserve to be.
For the last 15 years, I have not only healed from a narcissistic, coercive control toxic marriage, but—like peeling away the layers of an onion—I’ve also been healing from a childhood filled with trauma.
As a child, I experienced the unimaginable. I was kidnapped through a window at the age of 5. When I was 8, two grown men broke into my bedroom, louvre by louvre. My mother’s three marriages and divorces, a nasty custody battle, emotional manipulation, and relentless upheaval marked much of my early life.
With no strong role model to guide me, I married the first man I met at just 17. And I spent the next 23 years with a textbook narcissist.
I didn’t know any better at the time, and as a natural nurturer and fixer, I constantly tried to be the perfect wife, woman, and breadwinner. He repeatedly made me feel like I wasn’t enough—telling me that everything wrong in our life was my fault and that his cheating was because I wasn’t pretty enough, sexy enough, or good enough.
I thought maybe having children would make him happy. Over six years, I gave birth to three beautiful daughters. But instead of easing his anger, it only got worse—because we didn’t have a son, and somehow that was my fault too. His behaviour spiralled even further into anger, betrayal, lies, control, and coercion.
In 2009, I finally found the strength to leave him. But that was just the beginning of another few years filled with terror and hyper-vigilance.
Then, New Years Eve 2011, I suffered a traumatic brain injury that changed my life forever. I was on life support for three days and in a coma for a week. When I was discharged from the hospital, I was handed medication in one hand and my bag in the other—no rehab, no help, no idea what was happening.
But I fought to survive—because my daughters needed me. I became my own best advocate, learning to navigate life differently. All while raising my three daughters on my own and living on a disability pension.
It’s now my mission to be the Coach I wish I had when I needed it most ~ so that no woman ever has to feel alone, lost, broken, worthless, or invisible—ever again.
After years of healing, learning, and growing, I turned my pain into my purpose. I committed myself to studying mindset, positive psychology, and the power of the subconscious.
I became certified as a Life Coach, NLP, Root Cause Therapy, and TimeLine Therapy Practitioner. Through my training and lived experience, I discovered the tools to transform not only my own life but also the lives of countless women who have faced similar struggles.
Today, I am proud to be a Leading Women’s Positive Mindset & Life Coach, helping women rediscover their strength, self-worth, and joy. I have built a thriving coaching practice that empowers women to rise from their own struggles and embrace the incredible power within themselves.
